By accessing or purchasing from Petite Paws Boutique (petite-paws-boutique.myshopify.com), you agree to the following terms:

Purchases & Deposits: All deposits and purchases are non-refundable. A deposit reserves your puppy or waitlist position and does not guarantee a specific litter or timeline.

Puppy Availability: Litter availability, timing, and pricing are subject to change. We will communicate updates to waitlisted buyers as soon as possible.

Health & Microchipping: All puppies are microchipped and registered in the buyer's name, and receive a veterinary health check and health certificate prior to leaving our care.

Transport: Buyers are responsible for all transport costs. International buyers are responsible for complying with their country's import regulations for live animals.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
