Refund policy

All sales are final. By placing a deposit or completing a purchase with Petite Paws Boutique, you acknowledge and agree that all payments — including reservation deposits and final purchase amounts — are non-refundable.

Deposits secure your place on our waitlist or reserve a specific puppy. Deposits are non-transferable and will not be refunded under any circumstances, including change of mind, change in personal circumstances, or failure to complete the purchase.

Completed purchases are final. We do not accept returns of puppies once they have left our care.

All puppies leave with a microchip registered in the buyer's name and a health certificate issued by a registered veterinarian. We take great care in raising healthy, well-socialised puppies and encourage all buyers to ask questions and be fully confident in their decision before committing.
